Your roleAs a Junior Customer Care Specialist with Czech, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing professional and friendly support.

You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across different communication channels. Through your communication skills and customer-focused approach, you will contribute to building strong customer relationships and maintaining high service standards.Your tasksHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Czech.Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.Your profileC1 proficiency in Czech and good command of English.Strong communication and customer service skills.Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.Adaptability, active listening skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
