Your roleManaging complex O2C cases

billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops;Supporting audits, control checks, and compliance requirements;Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues.Your
