Job description

Job role10–15 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5–8 years in Oracle Planning Cloud.Must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and full-scale Planning transformation programs.

Strong understanding of planning processes

statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, S&OP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing.Experience leading global planning transformations across multi‑country or multi‑BU organizations.Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skillsAnalytical mindset with strong command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting conceptsStrong storytelling and executive‑level presentation skillsAbility to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisionsFamiliarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional understanding)Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with high ownership
