YOUR ROLEKey Responsabilities

Technical LeadershipLead Salesforce OMS development and configuration, act as the main technical contact, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and performance.Solution ImplementationDeliver end-to-end order management workflows (order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, returns) using Flows, Apex, and LWC, prioritizing standard functionality.Integration DevelopmentBuild and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payments, logistics) using APIs and event-driven architectures, collaborating with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft).Collaboration & DeliveryWork with architects, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in

Agile ceremonies, and support planning and estimations.Performance & OptimizationOptimize order processing, ensure scalability for high transaction volumes, and troubleshoot production issues effectively.Governance & Best PracticesEnforce development standards, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD processes and version control.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong hands-on development background;Proven experience with
