Job DescriptionApplication Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.Job Description - Grade SpecificOracle S2P (Source-to-Pay) ConsultantThe Oracle S2P Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes using Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions.

This role combines functional expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, contract management, purchasing, invoice processing, and supplier collaboration with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.The consultant works closely with business leaders and project teams to analyze procurement operations, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver scalable Oracle solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

The role requires expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and its integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and other enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements and define procurement transformation strategies.Design and configure Oracle Source-to-Pay solutions, including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and

Supplier Management.Analyze current procurement processes and recommend best-practice improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.Support full project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities.Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.Lead

System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution efforts.Support change management, training, and end-user adoption initiatives.Advise clients on Oracle Cloud innovations, procurement transformation, and process standardization opportunities.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.Deep understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, procurement operations, contract management, and accounts payable integration.Experience with

Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations, upgrades, or support projects.Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, supplier risk management, and purchasing controls.Ability to lead client workshops, facilitate discussions, and provide trusted advisory services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in end-to-end testing, cutover planning, and post-production support.Oracle Cloud Procurement certifications are highly preferred.Role SummaryThe
