Sportsbook Kiosk Supervisor- Full-Time-( Las Vegas, NV)

Job description

Reports to the Director/Area Manager, you will be the face of our DC Remote Kiosk operations. By providing a high level of customer service, to both retail owners and customers you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review kiosk transactions and images at over 40 locations Complete AML transactions for over 40 locations Call retail partners daily to check in and ensure all their business needs are being met
• Respond and manage the Caesars Lottery email inbox
• Communicate with Caesars Field Service Technicians to ensure all technical and hardware issues are fixed in a timely manner
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed
• Ensure marketing signage is provided and installed properly at over 40 locations Periodically visit the lottery retailers to meet with store owners

Qualifications

Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred

• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members or retailers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and demeanor Self-starter attitude who shows initiative Committed to delivering a high level of customer service ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 and older
• Must be able to obtail

Gaming License

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs. Must be able write for extended periods of time. Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries. This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment
