Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following company recipes and standards
• Master techniques like deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work Plate and garnish food for individual orders and large functions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and storage areas
• Assist teammates and complete prep for the next shift
• Transport ingredients and supplies as needed Uphold the “Family Style Service” model with every dish and interaction

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

3–6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino setting Comfortable using kitchen tools like knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers Able to follow cooking sequences and timing to meet service standards Requirements Must have a current Health Card from SNHD Basic math skills for measurements and portioning Fluent in English for effective communication This is a hands-on role!
