Surveillance Shift Manager

Job description

Implements approved procedures, trains, schedules, and evaluates all surveillance personnel. Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for the Director.

Responsibilities

Must be able to sit for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Must be able to communicate with employees in a positive manner.

Qualifications

Related work experience. Minimum of three (3) years of Surveillance experience in a high volume casino/hotel complex environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting, reaching, climbing steps and sitting. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
