Responsibilities

Guest Support

Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Table Bussing and Resetting

Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.

Silverware and Glassware

Polish and roll silverware and polish glassware to maintain the highest standards of presentation Food Delivery: Assist servers by traying up and delivering food to guests in a professional and timely manner.

Reservation Management

Use the OpenTable app to assist with seating guests and managing reservations when needed.

Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas.

Professional Appearance

Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant’s grooming standards.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with servers, hosts, dish and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

Age Requirement

Must be 19 years or older.

Availability

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the restaurant.

Transportation

Must have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.

Licensing

Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Non-Gaming License (casino requirement).

Technology Proficiency

Must be comfortable using the OpenTable app for assisting with reservations and seating arrangements.

Customer Service Skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service under pressure.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (such as trays and buss tubs) throughout shifts.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
