Develop or support scripting and automation solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies. Participate in testing, implementation, validation, and enhancement of IAM solutions and integrations.

Partner with application owners to improve provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, and approval workflows. Identify and remediate orphaned, inactive, excessive, or inappropriate access. Support continuous improvement efforts focused on operational efficiency, governance maturity, and risk reduction. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data standards that improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of IAM reporting and processes.

Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell, automation tools, or similar technologies. Experience supporting governance, operational reviews, process improvement, and process validation activities within a business or technology environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results, on time, in a fast-paced environment.
