This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
• Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
• Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
• Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
• Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown
• Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service Deliver Family‑Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members

Requirements
