• Must be 18 years of age or older We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature Family‑Style Service.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures File and retrieve registration forms during check‑in and check‑out
• Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
• Assist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support front‑of‑house operations
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
