Butler Regional - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Job description

Ensures that all VIP guests are treated to the highest level of customer service. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. $16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

Coordinates and services all food and beverage requirements, restaurant and event reservations, transportation, suite, and amenities to the satisfaction of our VIP guest. Makes reservations, creates comps for food & beverage, limo, spa, pool, amenities, scooters, tobacco but not limited to those services/outlets. Works very closely with the appropriate personnel to ensure personalized service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Must possess 2 years Butler or Gourmet Restaurant experience, with French and Russian Gourmet Service techniques and advanced knowledge of food and wines. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department. Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

CER license is required
