Customer Service Representative

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key level of support for our valued grocery store, food processor and distributor customers. A large portion of your day will be spent answering regional customer inquiries and entering & processing orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400 system. In addition to order support, you will investigate customer order & delivery problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. To be most successful in this investigative work, you will need to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
