47358 Obowiązki: Prowadzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji pracowniczej. Przygotowywanie dokumentów związanych z zatrudnieniem. Ewidencjonowanie i rozliczanie czasu pracy. Sporządzanie i przekazywanie dokumentacji do ZUS, urzędów oraz innych instytucji zewnętrznych. Współpraca z działem płac w zakresie przygotowania danych do naliczania wynagrodzeń. Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawa pracy i wdrażanie ich do praktyki kadrowej.

Przygotowywanie raportów, zestawień i analiz kadrowych. Reprezentowanie firmy podczas kontroli /audytów.

Wymagania

Wykształcenie minimum średnie, preferowane wyższe. Doświadczenie w obszarze kadr. Preferowana znajomość systemu TETA. Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy.
