Senior Accountant, Consolidations

Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Consolidations/Financial Reporting groups, the Senior Accountant, Consolidations will: -Coordinate and execute the monthly consolidation and close process that drives the financial statements of Modal Power LLC -Prepare supporting schedules and analysis required for financial statement disclosures and management reporting; -Correspond regularly with portfolio companies and other corporate departments on financial close related activities; -Actively participate in the review of quarterly accounting reports received from Modal Power LLC companies to ensure consistency and accuracy, and provide timely feedback; and other duties outlined below.
