Troubleshoot live lab environments and technical edge cases during active training delivery.
BU Collaboration & Curriculum Support
Lend subject matter expertise to the Business Unit (BU) during non-teaching windows to assist with courseware development, lab topology review, and student guide updates. Channel real-world classroom feedback and student insights directly back to the BU to keep training aligned with field needs. Help establish delivery best practices and assist in onboarding guest or peer instructors.
