British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Your key responsibilities will include: Scheduling and controlling shift operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Managing planned downtime and ensuring smooth machine run ability to achieve Master Production Schedule targets while supporting IWS philosophy. Ensuring product quality by meeting agreed processes, reducing/eliminating market complaints, and safeguarding product integrity. Coordinating and supporting maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of tasks. Driving breakthrough results in process reliability, planned and unplanned downtime, aligned with the Master Production Schedule.

Providing prompt feedback on machine performance to IWS/Technical teams. What are we looking for? A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EEE, IPE, ME, or related field). Fresh graduates with prior extracurricular activity (ECA) experience are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building close working relationships across diverse teams.

Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Flexibility to embrace diversity and inclusion while tackling stretch challenges under deadlines. What we offer you?
