3333 Camino Del Rio South, Ste. 400, San Diego, CA 92108 Coverage area: North County San Diego Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) is required with national credentialing through the Certification Board for Music Therapist (CBMT). APREVA HOSPICE is seeking a compassionate and creative Hospice Music Therapist in San Diego, CA . • Ability to work independently while also having team support Job stability and regular advancement opportunities with a growing company As a Music Therapist You will: Assess patients’ functional status, music al responses, and preferences
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet goals
• Deliver music therapy using instruments, singing, movement, and listening
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and update care team Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in music therapy from an AMTA-approved program Board-certified (MT-BC) by CBMT Preferred: 2 years clinical music therapy experience Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle
