Cocktail Server

Job description

As a cocktail server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders, preparing, serving cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menus, and taking beverage orders promptly
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and beverage offerings Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide seamless service
• Adhere to all property, company, health, safety, state, regulatory, and liquor service regulations Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Must be at least
• 18 years of age
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in smoke, flashing lights, and excessive noise.
