Job description

Business Requirements & Analytics Translation

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and decision-making needs, and translate them into clear data, reporting and analytics requirements.

Data Analytics & Visualization

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Power BI and other relevant analytics tools to provide meaningful and actionable business insights.

Data Preparation & Modeling

Extract, transform, combine and structure data from multiple sources to enable effective analysis and reporting; develop appropriate data models and measures to support business requirements.

Insight Generation

Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to validate requirements, align solutions with business needs and continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Process Excellence

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve business processes through data, automation and continuous improvement methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to work with data using business intelligence, visualization, data preparation, and analytical tools to develop effective and scalable solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, supply chain analytics, business analysis, or operational excellence. Strong hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar), with demonstrated capability in dashboard development, data transformation, data modeling, visualization, and development of analytical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Power Query, SQL, or similar data preparation/querying tools is highly desirable.
