Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Process

Job description

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment
• Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
• Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction Updated and control of equipment spare parts Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
• Support new program / model start-up Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group Possessing a Six Sigma Green Belt will be advantageous Internal Use Only: Indirect Hourly Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
