Job description

OSINT Collection Manager The Opportunity

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military and government intelligence organizations every day, we need an intelligence professional like you to do just that. As an OSINT Collection Requirements Manager, you’ll use your intelligence and collection management experience to develop and manage collection requirements that help your client close intelligence gaps and meet operational priorities.

As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll work across intelligence disciplines to develop, coordinate, validate, and manage collection requirements and strategies in support of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other intelligence needs. You’ll identify collection and reporting gaps, review existing requirements, and determine when new standing or time-sensitive requirements are needed.

Using your understanding of OSINT and collection management, you’ll help synchronize collection activities, assess collection posture, and ensure requirements remain aligned with operational priorities. You’ll collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission partners to support multi-INT collection and targeting efforts and use collection and requirements management systems to track and manage requirements. You’ll also support joint exercises and represent collection management processes and priorities during staff coordination.

As an authority on your assigned requirements, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in areas like technology integration, data modernization, and process improvement. You’ll share your expertise with team members and work across the organization to improve collection management and intelligence support. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our warfighters and decision-makers. Join us. The world can’t wait.
