Apply Now Product Manager R5857 Location Toronto Career Track Product Mgmt & Design Product Manager Apply Now This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: 2 days in-office. This job posting is for an existing, currently vacant position. Product Manager, Packages Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.
Why this job’s a big deal
You'll lead product for the Packages Book & Service team, which owns everything that happens once a customer selects their package: the checkout experience, the behind-the-scenes booking steps, and the post-booking experience. Packages allow travelers to bundle flights, hotels, and rental cars into a single trip (unlocking exclusive discounts they can't get by booking each piece separately) and are among the highest-value bookings on Priceline, so every improvement to checkout conversion has meaningful business impact.
Your team's work spans making checkout clear and trustworthy, helping customers recover from booking and payment errors so they complete their trip instead of abandoning it, and improving how customers manage their trip after purchase. Beyond the booking itself, you'll look for opportunities in the post-booking experience to further drive conversion and revenue across the portfolio. Because checkout is a shared platform, you'll drive outcomes largely through influence, partnering closely with our Checkout, Flights, Hotels, Rental Cars, and Customer Care teams.
You'll also support the broader Packages & Travel Services portfolio, including in-path travel protection and the Priceline credit card. In this role, you will get to: Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Packages team, translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
