WHAT AWAITS YOU. Supervise, develop, monitor and coach instructional staff to deliver high level BMW Group technical/non-technical training. Ensure relevance of all Technical, B&P courses and non-technical courses within the technical training course offerings to Dealers, CCRC network in the area of improving skills and course development.

• Provide coaching and supervision for BMW Group STEP program(s) training instructors and qualified entry level candidates Ensure STEP graduates meet BMW placement standards for dealer network
• Monitor compliance of instructor certification levels and verify levels of curriculum taught
• Maintain and update BMW Group diagnosis equipment at regional training centers WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

Associate’s degree in automotive technology or post-secondary certificate ASE Master Technician or I-CAR Platinum Level BMW AG L1, L2 trainer certification Blitz 2 Certification for e-Mobility vehicles

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering in lieu of the above education requirements With associate’s degree, an additional
• 9+ years are required in any of the following fields: BMW Master Tech, or OEM equivalent BMW Senior Instructor Automotive Technical Instructor ASE Master Technician OEM or Aftermarket automotive product/service engineering Preferred: OEM High voltage certification Shop foreman or Team leader BMW STEP graduate ASE L1 WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.

The expected salary range for this position is $57,100.00 - $114,200.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.
