In this role, you will be involved in: Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for end-users. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.

Participating in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects. Performing data analysis and generating reports to support business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges. Maintaining accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities. What should you bring along?
