End-to-end recruitment exposure

More than administrative support. You will be deeply involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and data analysis.

One-on-one mentorship

Work closely with experienced HR professionals, receive continuous guidance, and gain insight into the business logic behind daily HR work.

Internship allowance

RMB 150/day for undergraduates; RMB 180/day for postgraduates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms. Identify and source potential candidates for open positions through recruitment platforms. Conduct phone interviews for entry-level roles and screen candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and talent pool. Collect and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on APAC recruitment activities and trends.

Support other HR projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or postgraduate student. Strong communication skills; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Logical thinker with solid analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to proactively learn about Human Resources. Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook). Work Location Lubrizol Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Pudong New Area, Shanghai Availability Requirement Able to work at least 3–4 days per week; candidates who can commit for 4–6 months are preferred.
