Wessling, Munich, Germany Travel : Occasional Job Type: Full-time, On-site Bavaria Medizin Technologie GmbH (BMT), part of Lubrizol, specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative medical devices, including the first commercial drug-coated balloon. Located near Munich, Germany, with a facility in Sibiu, Romania, BMT offers comprehensive services from R&D to logistics management. They excel in catheter-based technologies and provide private label manufacturing, OEM, and contract services.

BMT is dedicated to enhancing lives through cutting-edge medical solutions. How You'll Make an Impact Deliver an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Serve as the primary contact for customers and manage day-to-day communications. Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams. Support Order-to-Cash activities and manage the Customer Service mailbox. Grow and protect medium-sized customer accounts through strong relationship management.

Support forecasting, pricing implementation, account reviews, and lead generation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

That Enable Your Success Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Fluent in German and English. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

That Drive You Forward Interest in sales, business growth, and account development. Experience with forecasting, account management, or commercial support activities. Ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality service, responding quickly, retaining customers, and growing existing business.
