Responsibilities

Reporting to the Underground Operations Production Supervisor, the Underground Production Miner works as an essential member of the production team and is responsible for the following: Able to operate Single and Two Boom Jumbo Able to operate 6yd and 9yd Loaders Able to understand different rock types and drilling/blasting procedures to minimize over-break Able to operate mechanized bolter Able to operate shotcrete equipment Able to handle explosives and load rounds in a safe and productive manner Able to install utilities such as ventilation and air/water pipe

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of the company Qualifications: One (1) year underground mining experience preferred Previous heavy equipment operation experience preferred
• Ability to work safely and effectively in an underground mining environment required Stable, consistent work history required The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
