Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

Reporting to a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, the Predictive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following; Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies Perform Vibration Analysis, Oil analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic, and additional NDE methods.

• Create and maintain databases for each technology
• Generate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management
• Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Proven safety record required
• Excellent attendance record required Previous training and experience with application of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
• Demonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required Additional Preferred Qualifications: CAT II or CAT III Vibration Analysis certification Infrared Thermography certification Ultrasound (UE) certification Oil Analysis certification Rotor balancing experience MT/PT certification RDI certification UT Level I or II certification Experience with SKF Aptitude Analyst, DBX, Microlog, or similar condition monitoring platforms.

Previous mining process plant experience preferred, including troubleshooting and inspection of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, agitators, and fans.
