Learn more about Bank OZK benefits . Job Purpose & Scope the Indirect Lending Division (ILD) portfolio by using phone, email, or direct mailing outlets. In addition, this position cultivates and grows an established based for Powersports dealers to ensure targeted goals and objectives are met.

Essential Job Functions

Manage a high level of efficiency with dealer sales call volume offering solutions to obtain and retain clients to meet quarterly goals. Develop and orchestrate a strategic marketing and sales protocol that builds and expands the Bank’s Powersport dealer base. Maintains a high level of communication with the outside sales team to create synergies to meet overall goals. Research and present analysis that leads to identifying sales opportunities.

Compile and present sales status reports to leadership weekly. Present and participate in the IDL quarterly dealer management meetings. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities General knowledge of indirect and correspondent lending. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond effectively and in a timely manner to internal and external client requests.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients. Ability to troubleshoot moderately complex issues. Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively. Ability to demonstrate organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under general supervision. Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and exacting deadlines and maintain attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Skill in using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field, or commensurate work experience required. Three (3) or more years of work experience with lending operations/ inside sales, required.
