Vice President, Quantitative Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Quantitative Analyst (VP) to join our Strategy and Insights team. This role is located in New York, NY. We are looking for AI-native builders who thrive at the intersection of engineering and business, using modern AI-enabled development tools to deliver practical solutions to real-world problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business needs into deployable products, and bringing a strong commercial mindset with an appreciation of Markets workflows and client outcomes.

• Push data-driven insight extraction capabilities to new heights To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree (or beyond) in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in financial services
• Facility with AI and the modern data science toolkit, and the ability to implement in Python and SQL
• Practical experience with AI-assisted code development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Devin Desktop, etc.)
• Practical experience with large data sets, data quality control, analytics and modeling
• Experience producing clear graphical representations and data visualizations
• A commercial mindset with superior time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Instinctual curiosity and reflexive collaboration
