Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Employee Relations. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responds to ER and ethics cases with limited guidance and/or oversight from senior team members. Escalates high-risk employee issues and employee workplace incidents and/or security threats to more senior team members and may partner with the team to investigate and provide resolution.

Initiates contact with legal counsel and executive/senior management as needed. Accurately assesses the level of legal intervention needed. Serves as a resource and advises on general/basic policy application and process/practice implementation. Contributes to the achievement of Employee Relations objectives across EMEA.

What we are looking for

Experience in Employee Relations or in an HR advisor role is preferred Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
