POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Business & Function Finance, plays a pivotal role within the Financial Planning & Analysis job function, specifically within the Financial Planning & Analysis job family. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead comprehensive financial analysis and reporting by leveraging expertise in financial planning to support strategic business decisions. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to guide business planning and performance evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by maintaining robust financial controls and processes. Support senior leadership in strategic planning initiatives by delivering accurate and timely financial information and analysis.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Typically 6-8 years of experience.

SKILLS

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools."
