Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Data Analytics with experience in analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision support. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive enterprise analytics initiatives, develop scalable reporting solutions, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. This role will lead the design and delivery of business intelligence solutions utilizing Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and modern data platforms , while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to advance data-driven decision-making, reporting automation, and analytics maturity across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise reporting and dashboard transformation initiatives. Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Oracle, Databricks, or cloud analytics platforms. Knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise data architecture. Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, forecasting models, and KPI frameworks. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and managing cross-functional analytics initiatives.

Experience within financial services, banking, asset management, risk, sales, or finance analytics functions. Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Snowflake, or related analytics certifications. Leadership Expectations Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership. Define and drive analytics strategies that support business objectives and operational efficiency. Lead complex data and reporting initiatives that span multiple business functions.

Champion data quality, reporting governance, and analytics best practices. Mentor and develop analytical talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, self-service reporting, and advanced analytics adoption. Drive stakeholder alignment and executive engagement through data-driven storytelling and actionable insights.
