Specialist, Client Operations We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations , to join our Archer Ops team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources
• Support clients with operational and technical questions or issues and ensure requests are executed
• Use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base
• Monitor client inquiries, escalate complex issues, and track client needs to support business development efforts
• Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required 0–3 years of total work experience preferred Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred General understanding of BNY Mellon products, services, and broader offerings is helpful
