We’re seeking future team members for our Operations business with roles located in Dublin and Manchester. Partner with thought leaders and industry trailblazers—our Operations leaders have spent decades pioneering vanguard methods of working and spurring new ideas within the financial sector. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Interest in Operations, which integrates key areas into a single global team to better support the company’s businesses and serve clients worldwide. Understanding that Operations manages investment monitoring, measurement, and processing services for our clients.

Willingness to develop skills across varying degrees of experience within the operations function. Openness to career growth through ongoing learning opportunities and team rotations.
