Claims Advisor

Job description

We are looking for a Claims Advisor to join our Operations team in Warsaw. You will investigate and assess insurance claims, communicate with customers and clients, and make independent decisions while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

Investigate, assess and make independent decisions on insurance claims, requesting additional information when needed. Process claims and related tasks accurately, efficiently and within agreed timeframes. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and other correspondence, following up on unresolved issues. Communicate with customers, clients and third parties regarding policy and claims-related matters. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, terms and conditions, and internal processes, applying them correctly in daily work.

Work closely with team members, auditors, supervisors, managers and other colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Follow agreed processes, contribute to process improvements and support other operational areas when required. Consistently meet quality, productivity, business and development targets. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, policies and company procedures.

What you’ll bring

Fluent Polish and business proficiency in English. Previous customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients and colleagues. High level of accuracy, attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to analyse information, understand customer situations and make independent decisions. Willingness and ability to learn and apply insurance-related information, terms and conditions, and processes.

MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
