The analyst will support functional areas day-to-day operations

• ○ Customer Returns (RMA) ○ RMA Credits ○ RMA PRN Resolution ○ Failure Analysis / Quality Feedback Systems (QFS) ○ Warranty Repairs ○ Factory Drop Ship Billing
• Support root cause investigations and process improvement initiatives by leveraging data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders.
• Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials to support standardization and knowledge management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a service management mindset by:
