Starting Pay

$20.50/hr Shift: 9:30pm-6am, Saturday - Wednesday Your Role As a Technical Pilot of our label machines, you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You won't just push buttons; you will "own" your equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Operate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.

Resource Management

Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.

Maintenance

Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.

Safety & Quality

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).

Qualifications

Requirements

High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of related experience in a production environment. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift. Strong color vision and manual dexterity
