1st Shift, 5:30am - 2:00pm, M-F Starting hiring rate: $22.47/hr Temp to Hire

What You Will Do

Precision Assembly & Packaging: Sort, label, and safely package finished rolls to customer specifications and standard practices.

Quality Control

Inspect the general appearance of products to protect our high standards, and check your work carefully at every stage.

Team Collaboration

Partner across departments, track multiple active orders, and keep the production line smoothly supplied.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in team problem-solving, maintain a clean, organized space, and conduct 5S audits.

Qualifications

What You Bring (Qualifications) High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort following written standard operating procedures (SOPs). A collaborative spirit—you naturally step up to help a coworker succeed for the good of the team. Adaptability to learn new software applications (like MFG Pro) and a willingness to cross-train on automated machinery over time.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.
