Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day: File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements. Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor. Assist in training of new employees and procedures. Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.

Telephone contact with internal and external areas. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Thorough knowledge of research and filing procedures and resources. Thorough knowledge of the automated tax system. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Meets deadlines with accuracy. Organizational skills are a must. Good written and verbal communication skills. You can work overtime hours during peak seasons. High School Diploma

Multi-Jurisdiction filing experience
