- Take preventive actions to minimize downtime, improve machine availability, and enhance maintenance KPIs.
- Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting across various platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Omron (Siemens preferred).
- Knowledge of LabVIEW and SCADA programming.
- Hands-on experience with various industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in Robotic system (Kuka, Fanuc) programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of dispensing processes, plasma treatment, and robotic applications.
- Development of control circuits as per process requirements.
- Analyse machine downtime and failure trends and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Spare parts management.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
Diploma/BE (Mech. / Electronics /Electricals, Mechanical and Electronic)
