Software Technical Lead

Job description

Act as the technical interface between software development team from other locations, system architects, project management and customers. Support technical risk analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigations. Facilitate communication between technical and business areas. Contribute to technical reviews, architecture assessments, and product release readiness activities. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones and report status to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with internal software development and software quality processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities. Knowledge of embedded software development for automotive applications. Familiarity with requirements management and development tools such as Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS. Clear and effective communication skills across different organizational levels.

Advanced English (interaction with global teams). Preferably with experience in projects in the automotive industry.

Nice to have

PMP certification, knowledge of ASPICE, Safety, Cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
