Job description

Create and implement Production quality developing roadmap
Production Quality Engineer and Qulaity Technician competency continuous improve
Production Quality performance and quality cost monitor
Work with Production team on production quality improvement
Allocate resources of Production quality in terms of works and tasks
Lead team to handle the customer complaint refer to production line
Lead Production Quality continous improvement
Production Quality KPI monitor and improvement
Production Quality KPI setting
Team Work planning & assignment

Evaluate employee performance and feedback

Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent
