Role and responsibilities As Project Management Office Manager in Tainan Factory, you will lead a team and responsible for We align strategy and priorities x-sector/BL and ensure they are synchronized across the organization.

We govern all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables Manage Tainan factory long-term footprint strategy and execution Manage Tainan factory long-term outsourcing strategy and execution Education and experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline, industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA) ~15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in working with senior management >5 years of people management experience Skills Comprehensive understanding of business processes
