Primary Responsibilities

Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators Conducting literature survey and experimental planning for new product development Processing of batches and testing of the experimental designs as per the test protocol defined Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across

India Testing and analysis of benchmark samples Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability Support to plant w.r.t. standardization of the product at PEL/ OPC Maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva Data tabulation and interpretation, technical report preparation and presentation at the review meetings Customer complaint handling and resolution Completion of all the activities assigned within stipulated timelines.

Maintaining proper records of activities in the lab register as well as Optiva. Reproducibility and repeatability (R&R) of the work done.
