Channel Key Account Manager Location

Warsaw or Poznań Your Responsibilities: Co-creating and implementing a long-term development strategy for a one of our biggest clients Developing and executing business plans in close collaboration with various organizational functions. Analyzing data and actively identifying and defining business opportunities to boost sales of KP brands and develop the category for the key client. Building multidimensional and partnership-based relationships both internally and with the client.

Managing sales processes and supporting negotiations of cooperation terms. Managing profit outcomes achieved in collaboration with the key client. Preparing and delivering business presentations in English. Leading a team, supporting knowledge sharing, and developing competencies in the assigned area.

Our Expectations

You hold a higher education degree. You have experience in building long-term strategies and implementing them. You have at least 10 years of professional experience in commercial departments (e.g., sales, trade marketing, finance, or related fields). You have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. You easily build relationships with business partners and within the organization. You are organized, consistent, and full of energy, capable of inspiring others with your enthusiasm.

You possess highly developed skills in working with large datasets and creating persuasive narratives. You are fluent in Polish & English.

Nice to Have

Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
