ArcelorMittal Commercial Long Poland is interested in hiring Sales Manager focusing on the sales and marketing of SBQ bars across the Polish market. It is a great opportunity to join our team and create and implement of ArcelorMittal's marketing strategies and commercial policy as well as product development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive direct sales of SBQ (Special Bar Quality) bars within the Polish market. Collaborate on the development of annual and periodic sales budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop short-term sales forecasts and define product strategies consistent with ArcelorMittal’s corporate policies. Implement pricing strategies and actively participate in contract negotiations to maximize profitability. Strengthen and maintain customer relationships , ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Monitor market share goals and stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Prepare tailored commercial offers and conduct regular customer visits to support business development.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong digital literacy Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken Holder of a valid Category B driving license; open to frequent business travel
• Excellent communication abilities with proven experience in conducting business negotiations Prior exposure to steel distribution or steel fabrication is considered a strong advantage.
