Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of Accounts Receivable in line with Group policies Posting and clearing customer payments, including complex, partial and adjusted payments Monitoring overdue receivables and performing collection activities for NL / BE customers Customer and intercompany account reconciliations Preparing AR reports (aging, DSO, cash forecast) and supporting month-end close Close cooperation with finance teams, sales and customer service Maintaining accurate customer master data and ensuring compliance with IFRS, SOX and EU regulations Supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives within AR processes Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 4–5 years of relevant experience, including 2–4 years in AR for the EU market
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and AR processes Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA FICO is a plus) Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage Fluent English and Dutch (other EU languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, ownership and ability to work independently
